Over the next 12 months, Luna will be working directly with ABM and our members through a structured programme of engagement, including in-person focus groups with bureau leaders, online Q&A sessions focused on real-world challenges rather than sales presentations, and community webinars aimed at building capability and sharing insight. There will also be dedicated communication routes to make sure feedback reaches the right people and doesn’t get lost.
For members, that means earlier visibility of Luna’s product direction, a clearer route to ask the questions that matter, and a genuine opportunity to shape how the platform develops, through collective feedback that carries real weight.
