I have developed immense respect for the whole payroll industry and the dedication of professionals who care passionately about paying the 32 million people working in the UK. But I have also come to believe that the bureau sector faces challenges which are positively unique and substantially different to those handled by in-house payroll teams and that therefore, they need an organisation dedicated to supporting their needs.”
