Finity joins the ABM Vendor Partnership Initiative

We’re pleased to welcome Finity as a Vendor Partner of the Association of Bureau Managers.
Finity’s mission is simple: payday shouldn’t be a mission.
Finity is payroll software built for teams handling complex, high-volume payroll. Its platform brings onboarding, payroll and rewards into one place, replacing disconnected tools, manual processes and payday pressure with a more seamless way to manage payroll.
The team’s experience comes from the temporary staffing industry, where payroll often means managing variable hours, timesheets, different worker types, tight deadlines and large volumes with absolute accuracy. Finity is now using that experience to build a robust, all-in-one payroll platform for payroll bureaus.
Whether processing 50 or 50,000 workers, Finity is focused on helping teams reduce manual work, improve visibility and control, and complete payroll with greater speed and confidence.
Why this partnership matters
Payroll bureaus face their own specific pressures: multiple clients, competing deadlines, rising complexity, tight service expectations and the need to keep everything moving accurately and on time.
That is why this partnership matters.
Through ABM’s Vendor Partnership Initiative, we want to create better, more structured dialogue between bureau leaders and the vendors building products for this market.
For Finity, this partnership is about listening first. They are not assuming what the right solution looks like for bureaus. They want to hear directly from the people running bureau payroll every day.
That fits closely with the way Finity already works. Through its Labs approach, Finity gathers pre-release feedback from the teams using its platform, tests ideas against real payroll challenges, and shapes solutions before they go live.
What this means in practice
Over the course of the partnership, Finity will work with ABM and our members to better understand the realities of bureau payroll and the pain points that matter most.
This may include activity such as:
- Focus groups with bureau leaders
- Online Q&A sessions
- Webinars focused on practical insight, not sales presentations
- Structured feedback opportunities
- Clear communication routes between members, ABM and Finity
The aim is simple: better insight, better conversations and better outcomes.
What members will get from it
For ABM members, the value is clear.
This partnership gives members the opportunity to influence product thinking, raise practical challenges, and contribute to the development of software being built with bureau realities in mind.
It also strengthens one of ABM’s core aims: giving bureau leaders a clearer collective voice with the vendors and platforms they rely on.
For Finity, the partnership offers direct insight from experienced bureau professionals.
For members, it creates another route to be heard.
For the sector, it supports the development of more practical, relevant and commercially useful solutions.
This is exactly what the Vendor Partnership Initiative was designed to do: replace scattered one-to-one conversations with structured, member-led dialogue that helps vendors listen, learn and improve.
Better partnerships. Better conversations. Better outcomes.
