This webinar has been created directly in response to those themes, giving members the opportunity to hear from senior representatives from IRIS on the areas that have been raised most consistently.
On Thursday 15th October at 10:30am, we’ll be joined by David Kisiaky, Senior Manager in Product – myEPayWindow, Leanne Berkley, Associate Director of Staffology Product, Fran Williams, Senior Director – Product and Thomas Derbyshire, Head of Support.
During the session, the IRIS team will respond to member feedback around:
- improving the myEPayWindow and SSO support journey
- clarifying the correct support route for employee access issues
- providing earlier and more consistent communication on changes and known issues
- introducing clearer escalation routes and case ownership
- improving bureau-specific reporting guidance
- strengthening communication and accountability around third-party integrations
The team will also share relevant updates on the product roadmap and upcoming changes, before opening the session for a live Q&A.
